Hypnotherapy and Private Health Insurance
Many of Sheila's clients are able to claim on receipts for hypnotherapy services. Sheila provides you with as much information as she can in order for you to claim through your health fund. This information is provided on the receipt you are given. Your insurer may also contact Your Pathway To Health for more information, in which case they will be given relevant details about your therapist, but of course never personal information about you.
As there are many variations and requirements that are changing all the time it's uncertain at the time of your appointment if a claim can be made or not through your Private Health Insurance.
Sheila from Your Pathway To Health is a recognised Registered Provider, although not everyone is in a private health fund nor does every fund cover for Hypnotherapy. Sheila is a full member of the ASCH association.
Many funds provide benefits to their members for hypnotherapy services, although a number of insurers will not cover a Hypnotherapist for hypnotherapy who is not also a Registered Psychologist. Please note Sheila is a Clinical Hypnotherapist but not a Psychologist.
