Sheila is a Clinical Hypnotherapist who enjoys assisting her clients in her own business 'Your Pathway To Health' in Church St, West Wyalong NSW.

Sheila initially gained experience and skills during the 6 years she volunteered as a phone counsellor for suicide prevention. This experience was not only educational for Sheila but very rewarding not to mention life changing.
Sheila worked as a Teacher's Aide Special for 9 years supporting children in the areas of behaviour and learning difficulties. With this past experience Sheila is now able to combine her experience and knowledge to assist both adults and children.
Sheila has continued to build on her knowledge with other certifications along the way since this time allowing her to gain skills allowing her to reach a deeper level with her clients in her own business Your Pathway To Health.
The combination of techniques Sheila offers, are fast and effective, allowing her clients to achieve their goals they may have only dreamed about before in a very short amount of time. Sheila also supports her clients with easy, yet effective, take home self help skills and resources to use in their everyday life.
Sheila's main focus is self improvement, motivation, health and wellbeing including techniques to assist in clearing past emotional issues that may be holding her clients back from enjoying their life and achieving their goals. Sheila assists her clients to 'take that 'first step' on their Pathway to Health and enjoys working with her clients along their continued journey to make the change they desire. Sheila assists her clients with self help tools to continue on their journey independently beyond out time together to use until they reach their goal and beyond.
When Sheila first started out with her studies, she never in her wildest dreams ever imagined herself to be a Clinicial Hypnotherapist. When Sheila attending the Tad James NLP Certification Course in 2009, Hypnotherapy was a part of that course. Knowing there was much still to learn Sheila followed this path at a deeper level soon to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist determined to learn more and gain the confidence and skills she felt she needed to bring success to her clients.
Sheila's passion and driving force is to help as many people, one person at a time, achieve their goals.
Sheila enjoys working with her clients and treats each one as an individual, weaving the modalities she works with allowing her clients to make the shift they wish to make easily and effortlessly at times... having said that Sheila does stress that we both have a part to play. Sheila stresses that her clients are always in control, her role is to be their guide.
Sheila realises each client is different and brings along with them different needs and wants such as to clear past issues, quit smoking, lose weight, stress less, relax and much more. Sheila stresses that to work with her for several sessions is generally essential as one session builds on the next.
Sheila's most recent training the Quit Cigarettes in 60 Minutes Program allows Sheila once again to design the session to her clients individual needs as Sheila only works one on one. This program has a very high success rate in just one session. Sheila is excited about her most recent qualifications as a Clinical Hypnotherapist this course incorporates Meridian EnergyTechniques, EFT, NLP & Hypno Kinesiolgy, which are fast and effective techniques. These techniques assist Sheila's clients to release past negative emotions this is of course if that's a place they want to go. Assisting her clients to move forward toward achieving their goals and to assist in clearing their limiting decisions once and for all.
Sheila has also studied various other courses such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) where you tap on the body similar to Acupuncture but with out the needles. Sheila is very passionate about this simple but very powerful and effective technique which assists her clients to clear emotions at a cellular level. Sheila has studied Reiki on various levels, her first initial experience was to self attune as a Chika-Reiki Do Master. Living in a remote area Sheila also being a farmers wife finds long distance learning to be a convienient way to study. Sheila in time when time permitted attended Reiki 1 and 11 with the International House of Reiki in the Blue Mountains. Following this Sheila attended courses in Crystal Healing 1 & 11 bringing out a bit more of Sheila's creative side which she enjoys. The most recent programs Sheila is excited about sharing with her clients to help achieve their goals is the Hypno-Band Virtual Gastric Band Weight Loss Systemwhere you can have the results of having a surgical gastric band fitted without having to go through the the pain and cost of real surgery, your unconscious mind believes you have had the real operation. Sheila also recently trained with Sheila Granger's Virtual Gastric Band Weight Loss System expanding her knowledge even more. Sheila has studied courses in Diet & Nutrition and also Healthy Weight for Life, to build on her knowledge of Nutrition enabling her to take her clients to the next level on their understanding of what is healthy eating. Sheila stresses to her clients that she isn't a dietitian or psychologist and can refer her clients on to other Health Professionals if the need is there.
Sheila is a Senior Sales Coordinator for NSA Juice Plus+. For 7 years prior to opening her private practice 'Your Pathway To Health' Sheila attended Markets and Health Expos sharing her knowledge about Juice Plus+. Sheila now has customers from all over Australia who enjoy taking Juice Plus+ a whole food supplement of 17 fruits and vegetables that have been juiced and put into a capsule and gummie form. Sheila comments for the past 9 years she has never missed a day of taking Juice Plus+ herself along with her husband...(even through 8 years of drought) making health their priority... and feels it's a safety net from what we eat to what we manage to. Sheila has found her studies and learning along the way has helped her personally clear some of her own issues to be the confident person she is today. Sheila feels with her experience combined, she is well equipt to help you achieve your goals!
